Feta, tomato and cantaloup skewers

2 portions


  • ½ cantaloupe
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100 g of feta
  • 30 ml of vegetable oil
  • 10 ml of raspberry vinegar
  • 5 ml of lemon juice
  • 5 ml of oregano
  • 5 ml of basil
  • 5 ml of garlic
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary


  1. Cut cantaloupe into balls.
  2. Cut the feta and the tomatoes into cubes of 2 cm x 2 cm.
  3. Combine marinade ingredients in mixer until well blended.
  4. Marinate the feta and tomatoes about 20 minutes.
  5. Assemble skewers by alternating melon, tomato, feta.
  6. Use the stems of rosemary as a skewer.
