- 1 naan bread
- 30 ml of bbq sauce (Diana style)
- 1 miniature eggplant
- 1 grilled chicken breast
- 1 green onion
- 125 ml of Parmesan cheese and mozzarella
- Fried noodles
- Sufficient amount of toasted sesame seeds
- Disgorge the eggplant. Slice the eggplant very thinly and brush with olive oil. Bake 10 minutes at 350F.
- Spread the naan bread. Brush with BBQ sauce. Cover with eggplant, chunks of grilled chicken and cheese.
- Bake at 350F until small bubbles of cheese appear.
- Add green onions and fried noodles and cook 3 minutes.
