Quebec berries with tarragon topped with maple syrup and fresh cream

  • 250 ml (1 cup) Quebec raspberries
  • 250 ml (1 cup) Quebec blueberries
  • 250 ml (1 cup) de ground cherries
  • 250 ml (1 cup) blackberries
  • 250 ml (1 cup) Quebec strawberries
  • 3 branches tarragon leaves, chopped
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) Quebec maple syrup
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • Fresh cream to taste
  • Drizzle of maple syrup


Wash berries under cold water. Drain and remove strawberry stems. Toss together all ingredients except topping in a salad bowl. Serve topped with a dollop of fresh cream and a drizzle of maple syrup.
