Romanoff strawberry

ingredients
- 1 cup of Quebec strawberries
- ½ cup of sugar
- ½ cup of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of green pepper
- black pepper freshly ground
- 3 mint leaves chopped
- 3 tablespoons of cream 35%
Preparation
- Wash and cut strawberries. Add sugar and let stand at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Top with green pepper and crushed mint leaves.
- Mix everything together and make another stand from 20 to 30 minutes.
- To serve, place the strawberries in a martini glass and fill it with 15 ml of cream 35%, add 2 turns of black pepper and a mint leaf for decoration.
