Broccoli and almond sauté

2 portions


  • ½ broccoli
  • ½ pound of snow peas
  • grains of 1 corn
  • 15 ml of garlic
  • 30 ml of butter and canola oil
  • 60 ml of almond
  • 5 ml of sambal olec
  • 5 ml of hoisin sauce
  • 10 ml of honey


  1. Heat the butter, canola oil and garlic. Add broccoli, snow peas and corn and start the sauté.
  2. Salt and pepper.
  3. Remove from heat and add the toasted almonds, honey and hoisin sauce. Mix.
    Arrange on a plate and drizzle with olec sambal to taste.
